Service Contracts

Interconnect Services, Inc. offers service contracts on all of the telephone, voice mail, surveillance and paging systems we sell for as long as we are able to purchase replacement parts for those systems. Service contract coverage provides for maintenance and repairs performed by our own technicians and can include all parts and labor. The contracts can be purchased for one year at a time or for multiple years at a discounted rate. Hundreds of area businesses put their trust in Interconnect Services, Inc. to maintain their communications and surveillance systems under our service contract program.

Service Contact Options:

Option A

  • Standard business hour coverage – Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding holidays
  • 24-hour response time for regular service during normal business hours
  • 4-hour response for emergency service during normal business hours

Option B

  • 24 hours a day, 7 days a week coverage, excluding holidays
  • 24-hour response time for regular service
  • 4-hour response time for emergency service

Time and Material Service

We offer time and material service 24 hours a day/7 days a week on business telephone systems, voice mail systems, paging, video surveillance and voice and data cabling for our customers who do not have a service contract in effect. Additionally, we are always eager to begin servicing customers who didn’t buy their telecommunications equipment from us originally.
