Press On/off , Dial 640 or press the FWD button, enter 7 followed by 440 or the Voicemail button.

How do I forward my office phone to my cell phone?
Create a speed dial of your cell phone number, Press on/off, Dial 640 or press the FWD button, press * followed by the speed bin number which contains your cell phone number.

How do I assign an extension key or feature key to my phone? (Flex button programming)
Press the SPEED button twice, Press the button that you would like to program followed the extension number or feature access code that you wish to have on that button. These codes can be found in your user manual.

How do I create a speed dial?
Press the SPEED button twice, enter the speed bin number to assign, enter the number you wish to store exactly as you would dial the number, press the SPEED button to save.

How do I change the time in my phone display?
From the attendant phone, (usually Ext. 100) dial 692, enter the date and time using 2 digits for each item as follows: (Example for 2:30 pm on March 30, 2007) enter: year first 07; then month 03; then day 30; then hour 14(always military time); then minute 30. (07-03-30-14-30)

How do I program my name in the display of my phone?
Dial 690, use the key pad to enter your name (up to 7 letters-see tables below), press SPEED to save.

How do I check my voice mail from outside the office?
Call the main line or a designated line to reach the Voicemail greeting. Once the message starts, press the * key, enter your Mailbox number and password.

How do I change the ring tone on my Extension?
Dial 695, dial the 2-digit tone number 00-36, when you find the tone you like press SPEED button to save. If you hang up without saving anything, your ring tone will remain as it was before listening to the different tones.
